HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 296(JUD) An Act                            
requiring criminal background checks before certain persons may be             
employed in a nursing home or assisted living facility; and                    
prohibiting the hiring or retention of certain nursing home and                
assisted living facility employees convicted of specified offenses             
was enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary, Speaker and               
Chief Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to the           
Office of the Governor at 3:20 p.m. on May 9, 1996.
